Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or contributing to Storified ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use Storified. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the words you contribute. By posting to Storified you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt your contributions so we can operate the Service, including combining them with other users' contributions to form collaborative works.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post illegal content, harass others, infringe intellectual property, spam, attempt to evade moderation, or interfere with the Service. See our Community Guidelines for details.

6. AI-Assisted Content

Storified uses AI to moderate, assist, and enhance collaborative writing. See the AI Usage Policy for how we handle AI-assisted contributions and disclosures.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; some content may persist to preserve the integrity of collaborative works.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially during the closed beta.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storified is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
